  • Observations/Impressions: The residential house had a (possibly professional) car workshop. There was a fire in it once. A completely burnt-out car was in the workshop hall. Perhaps this fire was the cause of the vacancy. Besides the workshop, there were also 1-2 completely tiled rooms. However, we couldn’t really identify their purpose.

  • What I Liked Most: The completely burnt-out car in the workshop.

  • What I Disliked: The heavily cluttered main house was not appealing to me.

  • Vandalism: Strong, with trash and graffiti

  • Condition: Poor

  • Notes: Since the burnt-out car was the only cool and noteworthy thing, it’s not worth driving there again.

  • Assessment: star-solid
